Ok guys ill try not make a fool of myself with my first post. So I just started doing PE seriously about three weeks ago. I’ve been doing the newbie routine since then. So the thing is that I suck at doing jelqs. I just end up getting a full boner. When I do stretches by just puling like straight out I don’t feel a good stretch or anything. But I started doing the BTC stretch after the first week. With the BTC I can really feel the stretch. So my question is since I suck at doing jelqs, would I still get gains from doing just BTC manual stretching?

I know three weeks is too short to expect gains. But I don’t want to wast time doing something that won’t work. I’m dedicated to PE so I know I’ll make gains eventually. My starting stats are, erect length of 6 inches non-bone press, and erect girth of 5.5. I’m really thankful for being at least average in length and what I think is significantly above average girth. So you won’t find me complaining about wanting more when I reach my goal of 7×6. Really I would be happy with just the added length. Thank you guys for any help.

Yeah bro. Its stretching. I assume your new, so i’ll save you a possible four years of accumulating information.
In order to increase the size of the penis you’ll have to stretch its parts.
In particular, either the ligaments that connect it to the body OR the erectile chambers that hold the blood.
Manual stretching, extending and hanging can stretch the ligaments… And jelqing can stretch the erectile chambers.



Your question, will pure BTC work instead of hanging? Yes, its the same concept, and I gained .2 off it over 7 months. But why are you doing a BTC manual stretch routine anyway?

BPEL: 8.35"/ NBPEL:7.0" /EG: Apprx. 5.5"

I was doing BTC because with the other stretches that I tried I felt nothing. Isn’t he whole point of a stretch to feel the stretch.

My advice would be to get your jelqs down. If you get a full blown erection just wait for it to subside, or do some resistance erect kegels, those usually work for me to reduce my erection.

Stretching will take you where you want to go (BTC included) but you may see faster gains if you incorporate the proper jelqing technique.

Not necessarily. Extenders yield gains from a light stretch apparently.

But yeah bro, thats a good lig stretch, you’ll be feelin’ stuff for awhile. Good forearm workout too. But having done that for 7 months of what I would describe as hell, and only gaining .2, I would suggest if you insist along the path of stretching your ligaments via downwards traction, to use your current routine as an warmup for hanging.

Ok I’ll work on perfecting my jelqs. I’ll also look into buying/making a hanger. I can’t wait to see some gains all I want is an inch in length. Half an inch girth would be nice too but that’s not my main goal. Thanks for the advice guys.
