Kegel questions
Hello. This is all quite confusing to me. From what I understand there are several different muscles in the pelvic floor that control erection quality and stamina. When I pee and hold my stream I can hold it and walk away without having to finish which I guess indicates strong muscles down there. I can also hold my pee really long. However, my erection quality is still poor. I can only maintain a rock solid 100% erection when I’m about to bust and have a super awesome orgasm. Also, I do not last very long. What can be the root of this? Should I be working other muscles in my pelvic floor? What exercises would help?
