I tried searching for answers but I couldn’t find them.
I’ve been PEing for 2 months and just want a few questions answered concerning Kegels from the experienced PEers.
1) I’m following the Newbie Routine. After I’ve finished the 5min cool-down and start doing my Kegels, do I need to do them in one full go or can I do 10 or so each 1/2 hour while I study. I find that Kegels get hard to do after about the 10th one and I can’t really feel the “pump”, however, after 1/2 hour or so I can have another crack at them. Will I have the same results if I space them out instead of doing them in one go ?
2) Do I need a flaccid, semi or a fully erect penis when doing Kegels for best results ?
