Hi guys,

I tried searching for answers but I couldn’t find them.

I’ve been PEing for 2 months and just want a few questions answered concerning Kegels from the experienced PEers.

1) I’m following the Newbie Routine. After I’ve finished the 5min cool-down and start doing my Kegels, do I need to do them in one full go or can I do 10 or so each 1/2 hour while I study. I find that Kegels get hard to do after about the 10th one and I can’t really feel the “pump”, however, after 1/2 hour or so I can have another crack at them. Will I have the same results if I space them out instead of doing them in one go ?

2) Do I need a flaccid, semi or a fully erect penis when doing Kegels for best results ?

Well when I first started doing kegels I would do as many quick squeezes as I could to build up the muscle.

When I fatigued from that I would rest for a minute or two. Then I would do the squeezes again and hold for as long as I could and release.

Now I just alternate between quick squeezes and holding the squeeze. You have to figure out what works best for you.

I think you can do kegels whether your erect or flaccid. I know for me in the beginning it was sometimes easier to do them when fully erect.

Now the strength of kegels is no longer depended on the state (flaccid/erect) of my dick.

It doesn’t matter what your level of erection is. You can be fully erect, flaccid or anywhere in between.

You can do gentle kegels, hard kegels, short kegels, long kegels. In fact you should vary them.

You are exercising muscles when you kegel, primarily the BC. 4 or 5 days a week, do any combination of the above variations of kegels, until it feels like you have worked the muscles; when they feel tired, you are done.

If you start to get negative PI’s, like any difficulty getting erect, take a couple of days off kegels and PE; it means you have probably done too many (if the negative PI’s are from another aspect of your PE, you still need the break).

Last week I was noticing a deteroriation in EQ, and in the last week layed off the kegels a bit. Haven’t eased back on anything else, it was more by accident, just forgot about them, did a few but not many after doing alot earlier on. Now in the last few days I’ve noticed EQ is improved quite alot. It seems that kegels may have had something to do with it.

I wanted to know, I have kegeled just before ejaculation, (where I actually think I’m going to cum, but then I squeeze as hard as I can and it’s like I hold the cum from cumming out), and after holding back my cum, instead of being able to keep on masturbating, my dick becomes softer and hard to get erect.

I wanted to know why. Is it the same as cumming, but just with holding the cum inside of me? Is it just a hormone release, where I may be able to hold the cum but the hormones that made me want to cum in the first place are still released causing a limp dick? I’m just not sure. Any real and knowledgeable answers?
