Kegel questions: (lifting weights, etc)


Hi guys, first of all - I am quite a noob in pe pc-work.
I’m doing kegels for a while now, but I’m not sure if I am doing them right.
So here is my question: is it the kegel muscle if I get an erection, put some weight on my unit and then try to raise it? Does the kegel muscle move my penis?
Another thing: you r doing kegels for longer sex right? I some kind of right breathing a way to have longer sex?
I think so(tried it while masturbating)

Q1: Yes, I think that’s the one.
Q2: Breathing - no idea. Kama Sutra etc is supposedly full of that kind of stuff, you might want to have a look at a book called “Lifes too short for tantric sex” or something like that (I haven’t read it), I believe it covers that field somewhat.

Kegel - the secret revealed

I had forgotten about these technique from this thread. I think I had been practicing the squeeze, and then realized that is probably what is happening with clamping. I think you involuntarily contract against the increased pressure, and that strengths the BC. I think that might be partly why proper clamping creates super hard erections.

The problem with the squeeze exercise, is you need an erection, so its not always convenient. The pull technique is good anytime. From the above thread on the perfect kegel, I found that to exercise the IC, you pull your dick down. You can’t really use the BC at that angle, but you can contract the IC.

For the BC pull either straight out or up. The IC tends to be much weaker, so pull down very softly until you can feel it, then you can slowly increase your strength.
