Just starting PE, any advice tips comments
Had my first PE session yesterday. It was ok. The manual stretches felt weird and the head of my penis turned purple. I don’t know if that is normal. I did it in the shower so I let warm water run over me for 5 minutes instead of hot wrap and then did the same thing at the end while simultaneously performing kegels (to save time) I will follow the Beginner routine and wrote out how much to progress each week so I am not guessing.
Right now I measure 5x5.
My goal is to have my girth fit a magnum large condom, which I think it would fit at 5.5” girth. As for length I’d be more than satisfied with gaining 1”.
Does this seem reasonable?
Oh, and I will only do PE Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri because I only have personal time during the week. One more thing. I love to lift weights and increase my strength. As such, I eat a lot and am fairly fat (213lbs with over 20% bodyfat). You think I stand to gain any length by dropping my bodyfat percentage. I don’t care about being fat but if it will help my length to lose weight, I’ll definitely do it.
