Just started out
Hi, I’m an 18 year old male who just started PE. I’m already above average but I Wouldn’t mind a little extra.
For The last two weeks I’ve been dry jelqing everyday for 1/2-1 hour a day, with about 3 second strokes, and I have only had one break day so far. I saw The beginner routine post, but I have this really bad habit of pushing myself so I quickly went past that.
I’ve already started seeing noticeable gains. So far I haven’t had any drawbacks or issues of any kind.
Does that mean that it’s safe to continue?
What kind of issues or damages should I Watch out for?
