Hi,

Well, in another topic I said I’d introduce myself in the appropriate place, so here I am.
I’m not gonna be wasting pages with who I am, what I do, etc., but I’ll briefly do so.

Short story, 28 years old, married for 1 year now (been together 10 years ;) ), and we have a little girl, age 3.
Guess I’m here because of what most of us are here for, growing my unit.

I heard about PE before, couple of years ago, but more in the sense of pumping and since I really wanted to grow my unit, because of long-life issues about my dick which I’ll explain in a bit, I bought myself a pump, without gauge (you know, the really cheap-squeeze-bulge ones :) ) , and I used it from time to time, not consistent though, and I lost my belief in PE somewhat accepting that I’d have to be satisfied with what I’m given.
Accepting that is easier said than done though, so I would always keep an eye open for something that could help, and so I stumbled upon Thunders, few years after my first pump session.

Since I found this great place to read, that’s what I actually did, read, read and.. Read, and I must say that reading all the stories and the gains people have had and are having by actively, consistently performing PE, made me a believer again.
So after reading countless posts here I decided to give it a go and started with the newbie routine, which I must say is effective.

I’m doing a routine of 2 days on, 1 day off. First day I’m doing a 5 min. Warmup followed by a 10 min. Manual stretch session, then 20 min. Of jelqing and finishing off with another 5 min. Warmdown :). Second day I start also with a 5 min. Warmup but then I use the pump for about 15 min. With a slow buildup (I never exceed 5Hg, when starting I even use no more than 2.5Hg) and releasing pressure after about 5 min. To get some fresh blood in. After 15 min. Of pumping I go out of the tube and jelq for like 50 to 60 strokes (always between 40 to 80% erect) and then I go back in the pump for 15 min. And repeat this sequence about 4 times.

The changes I have seen so far, yea I know I only started some 3 weeks ago or so but they’re there, are more profound veining even with veins I have never seen, and a much heavier flaccid hang, and also my EQ went up during intercourse.
Lengthwise I must say that I think I have gained about 0.25” in those 3 weeks but it’s possible my first measurements were faulty, so I’ll do another measurement when some time has passed so I’m sure :)

Back to the long-life issues, they were created by my classmates in lower elementary school, you know, you go swimming in group and it’s a shared locker room so everybody dresses/undresses in front of each other, and many laughs were pointed at me for having a teeny weeny shriveled up dick, and when 15 people (even if they are only 10 years old) are laughing at you because of that it creates complexes, issues if you will.
I carried that along for the rest of my life up until now, mainly because I’m realizing that I’m not so small after all, but I’m a champ in turtling it seems :).

So the main reason I’m PE’ing is mainly for myself and my self-esteem, but to be honest, my PE adventure is somewhat to please my lovely wife also.
Look at it like this, I’m happily married, we’re very open about sex, and we talk about everything, so for any following questions that follow, yes my wife knows I perform PE, I straight up told her, and she said fairly simple that she is satisfied with what I have, but if it would make me feel better about myself I should go for it.
Lovingly as she is she even assists me from time to time by handing me towels or my pump :D.
We also have a great sex-life and even after 10 years we enjoy each other even more than ever before, hence why my PE’ing can come in handy.
I love to please my wife in as many ways as possible, and I’d try anything which can give her great pleasure, and I’m sure some extra length or girth won’t hurt her nor me :), heck, maybe if I hit her CDS someday we’ll be damn right overjoyed I started PE, but we’ll see what happens :)

So I said I was gonna cut it short, guess that didn’t happen :), if you’re still with me at this point, thx for sticking up with me :), and I could’ve made this post a lot longer, but I’m wisely not gonna do so before you’re all asleep :)

Just wanna give a straight-up thx to Thunder for creating this place, and also to all other people who share their experiences here so newbies like me can make up their own mind and believe it or not.
I, for myself, am confident PE will work, over time, I’m not hasty, I’ll enjoy the ride, and so will my wife :)

Welcome, congrats on your gains.

Don’t forget that you need to keep increasing time in order to continue gaining. Most guys don’t pump this early in the game but I think your past the point of no return, so just go by your EQ bud. Good Luck, God’s Speed.

Thx for the welcoming, it’s nice to come across people who almost all share the same goal.

I know the newbie routine doesn’t involve pumping, that’s a little adding I did myself, but don’t be worried, I overdid pumping in the past, I know how it feels and I also know how it feels when EQ is dropping due to pumping since I had it happen to me before, but let’s say I got more responsibility in what I’m doing so when I’m pumping now I’m rather listening to my dick than that I’m watching the clock, so it’s all good, but thx for the advice.

I’m using the pump mainly to get some girth going, but if it produces length at the same time then it’s all good :)

I think I’m already in the PE Data statistics, clgp7, but it seems that page is giving me problems to view it, seems like it can’t decide whether to put the names side by side or just putting them line by line, but I can see my name in there so I think it’s ok.

You and your wife will enjoy the benefit of a meatier member. You don’t have a small cock so forget the school days. If anything you are at the high end of average. Soon you will be in the large class. Keep up the good attitude as it can be a long journey. Hi, and thx again for the comforting words, but please bear in mind that when I got those comments about my unit I probably wasn’t in the vicinity of 5.5 EG measurements, let alone that I even measured my unit back then :) .
It’s very much about the fact that people can plant ideas into your head when you’re young which will nest in your state of mind, and if nobody says otherwise you take them for truth and carry them along for the rest of the time being.

About pictures, well, even if I’m so unsure about my unit, I always had enough courage to flop it out whenever asked/needed, being for girls wanting to see him or even at the doctors (where it turtles like crazy, probably cause it knows a guy is gonna touch it :) , no gay pun intended), so I actually already made pictures (well, actually my wife made them since I had to hold the ruler, and since I didn’t want any trouble taking pics with the camera under my chin or whatever she was happy to be able to help :) ) but I’ll have to wait till my post counter hits 30 before I can post them here, so with some patience you’ll see them appear here..

I do hope being a member of the large class someday, but honestly, it’s more about gaining self-esteem than wanting to be a show-off with a large unit, but once it’s large I’ll think of becoming a show-off although :D .

One thing I do wanna add is, if you’re married or dating someone in a long-term relationship, get your PE out in the open, it saves a lot of trouble hiding stuff, and it also gives your partner a chance to grow into the idea, and even grow an interest for it if that’s possible, if not, it’ll put yourself more at ease since you won’t be bothered anymore by being caught or something.

I’ve been married to my wife for 35 years. I think I know what I can and can’t tell her so save the advice! Stick to the PE and you’ll get so you won’t sweat that old school days shit. You have to like your dick and you’re the only one can change that. Good luck man! :)

Gonna bump my own thread to the top again just to let you know (whoever interested) I’m still at it,
Got sick a few weeks back, so that set me off by about 2 weeks of doing no PE, but I resumed once I felt better.
Also had a slight ache in the CC chamber on the right I guess, stopped a few days for that too and it made me cool down a bit in intensity when exercising.
I was probably over training a bit, but I still keep up the 2 days on 1 day off newbie routine, I just excluded the pumping for now till I get accustomed to the greater pressure in my dick due to jelqing, guess when I’m conditioned more I’ll include pumping again, but for now I’m satisfied with warming up, stretching, jelqing, warming down :)

Also I try to do PE in the bathtub cause it saves me the rice sock or cloth (whatever you use, I’m using some kind of pillow filled with cherry seeds, but I don’t know what it’s called in English) to warm up/down, and I’m more relaxed too.

On to gains, well, I’m definitely sure my flaccid has changed, it’ll hang lower and fuller than it ever did, in erect length and girth I’m not so sure, but I’m not measuring now until I got the feeling myself that those sizes changed.
What I did notice is that even now my vascularity is still changing, and even my jelqing technique is not optimal since I had a jelqing session last night which gave me 3 or 4 new veins I’ve never seen, but I’m not shortsighted and I know that for a newbie (me ;) ) jelqing technique will take a while to perfect, but hey, practice makes.. ;)
I also noticed in my jelqing technique that before, when I did an overhand stroke, I kegeled right before my overhand grip clamped on the base of my dick to push the blood upwards I had a feeling of it being not a good jelq, I tried it differently yesterday, I started jelqing with a flaccid dick and worked my way up till about 70 or 80% erection, but I never kegeled, and it seems that, for me, I get much more engorgement of shaft and glans than when I kegeled, guess I’m actually doing a reverse kegel now.
Gonna try that for a while and see what happens, as I stated before, I got time and patience to find the right way and I will.

Also, could someone answer a question for me please?
I have a very pronounced dorsal vein, you know, the big vein that runs on top of your dick, and I’ve read a bit about thrombosed veins that they appear guitar string-like, and I must say that my dorsal vein can act this way, it can really buff up when I reverse kegel and I can push it from side to side, but I feel no pain in it.

Question is, would it be easy for me to strain the vein :) , or thrombose it by doing PE since it is already so pronounced (which it has always been for as far as I can remember)?

And also, what would the symptoms be if I would have such a condition?
I’m not saying that I hurt the vein, but it would help knowing what to keep an eye out for so I don’t overdo it.
