Just found out my gf's experience with size
I’ve been reading the PE forums for a couple weeks now as what every newbie should do before they post. This seems like a great place to learn about this stuff. I only started researching penis excersises after realizing how friggin’ small I am. I mean, it never really got to me until I started doing it with my current girlfriend. I always thought I was average, so didn’t think much of it.
Today she told me her past boyfriend sizes. Just the length, her bf for 4 years is 6” and some guy she went out with during her break up is 7”. She said the 7” guy was too big and it hurt when he went full penetration. Now I’m 5” length and 4.5” girth (I still don’t understand the terms NBPL,etc). Now I know size isn’t everything and she told me I’m the best she ever had. Maybe women just say that to boost the guy’s ego, I don’t know. She also said she never experienced oral like the way I did it. Keep in mind this does make me feel better but I’m not a friggin’ lesbian.
Last week I started my first PE regimen and on the first few strectches I really pulled some kind of muscle near my pelvis. I gave it a few days to cure and now I’m good.
I will be using the newbie routine
5 min hot wrap
5 min manual stretch (ten 30-second stretches)
10 min of jelq (two hundred 3-second strokes)
5 min hot wrap
50 kegels of five second holds each
Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF
Gradually increase to 10 min total of stretches and 30 min of jelqing over about 6 weeks time.
There are some very newbie questions I want to ask.
1. Schedule: 2 days ON / 1 day OFF - Does this mean my schedule would like this?. Mon,Tues,Thurs,Fri,Sun…these are the days I would be doing PE
2. How much tension are you guys using for your stretches. They say its suppose to be enough to make it feel like your stretching a muscle. I’ve been pulling really hard and it doesn’t feel like i’m stretching anything. Just feels like I’m pulling my penis out of my pelvic bone so to speak.
3. The main problem is I’m very sensitive down there and get erections quickly with just a touch. I don’t have a pre-mature ejaculation problem but just very sensitive and it gets stimulated easily. Anyway, when I tried doing PE I was always at 90-100% erection. I heard newbies can really hurt themself when doing this so I stopped. You only have one penis:) . Anyway, would it be alright if I masturbated and waited 10 minutes, then do PE?. I think thats the only way it would help
4. When I’m doing kegels, I’m not sure if I’m working the right muscle. When I squeeze the muscle over and over when I want to stop peeing, my penis becomes fully erect and everytime I squeeze it after that I could easily move my penis up and down. Is this the kegal excercise?
My goal is 6” length and 5” girth. I don’t care if its too small still, my whole goal right now is to be average at least.
Could someone also explain what all these abbrieviations mean? (NBPL,BPL,etc)
