Thunder's Place

The big penis and mens' sexual health source, increasing penis size around the world.

Just 2 questions.

Just 2 questions.

I’m newish to this site, have been signed up for a while but haven’t started yet. Is the newbie routine the best to go for?

The other question, is I know this should go in the sexual health room (maybe mens health I have forgot)
I have a few small white sports under the bell of me penis bout 5-6 in same small area.. They don’t hurt or bother me. I have been reading up abit on the internet and it probably is nothing. Can anyone confirm?? They are definately not an STD as I havent had sexual partner for 6 months and that was always with using protection.

Anyway hi to all and if anyone can answer these 2 for me.

Thanks :)

In answer to your first question, yes, the Newbie Routine is the best place to start.

The small white spots sound like they might be sebaceous cysts, which are quite common and not usually a problem (so long as they are small and don’t cause pain.) However, I’m not a doctor, and even if I was, a definitive diagnosis couldn’t be given from just a written description. Bottom line is, if you are concerned about it, go see a doc and have it checked out.

100%, the Newbie Routine is the best way to start. We say do it for 3 months before trying other things, but many guys never use anything else and gain well.

Google ‘Pearly Penile Papules’ and see if that is what you have. They are very common and no cause for concern.

Start the Newbie Routine and read as much as you can on this site. Good luck with the gains. :)

All injuries happen from "too much", or "too much, too soon" or "doing the exercise incorrectly".

Not sure about the spots; but if you are new to PE, the newbie routine is the only way to go if you want a bigger and healthy unit.
It is needed to condition your dick, because it is new to the stress of the excercises you are going to do.

So, start with the newbie routine.

Greetings, mr_ks and welcome to the board.

1. Absolutely. The newbie routine is what you want if you’re a beginner.

2. Might be difficult to decide from the distance (especially without pictures), but it is likely that you simply have some pearly penile papules (what’s this? ). If it looks anything like what’s shown on the pictures in the link, you should be fine.

You might want to check out the forum guidelines. Please pay attention for punctuation and correct spelling (a spell check function is available at the bottom of every "post reply" form). Those of us fluent in English have no problem deciphering a text that is not up to the 100% standard, but for our members from abroad this might look different.

Have a nice stay!

It does look like “PPP” but it’s only a small area not around the whole of me penis.

Have you had them as long as you can remember?

I would say from what I remember the last few months, they have not caused me any problems.

Welcome and go for it. Just light newbie routine stuff for awhile.

Just a follow up of what I was saying about few white lumps, managed to take pic and load to comp.

One of distance and One of close up. Is this PPP??

PPP are usually found on the corona of the glans, so I would guess they are not. It’s a shame the second photo is somewhat out of focus (you would need a close-up/macro setting to get them clearly), so my only suggestion is that if they are not changing or causing discomfort, you wait until you next see your GP and just ask him to take a look, just to be sure.

If they change in any other way, get them looked at straight away.
