Jelquing and Uretra pain

Jelquing and Uretra pain

Hi guys, I believe this is my first post.

I’ve been on and off PEing for a few years, and decided to do it right and don’t stop this time!
Id like to know if any of you has ever had any kind of pain on the urethra from masturbation/jelq.
I believe I may have a mild urethritis, (inflammation on the urethra) and if so, how do I proceed?

What you asking in in the domain of an urologist

Just let the inflammation subside before you jelq again. If you have been wet jelqing, try a different oil - it may be causing irritation.

Some people have jelqed too hard and caused temporary damage to their urethra, sometimes causing slight bleeding.

It’s not a good idea to continue PE while you have inflammation of the urethra. There are more threads in the injury forum about this.

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

Right now I’m not doing anything. I do realize going to an doctor is necessary, still, what I’d like to know is if jelqing can cause those inflammations.
Even after watching the videos, I don’t quite get it: I can’t seem to find the middle point, either I do it too strong and feel pain, or I don’t seem to be pushing any blood (the pressure isn’t enough, so the blood flows down and no ballooning effect on the penis is formed)

Unless the inflammation lasts more than a few days, a doctor shouldn’t be necessary.

Some people’s urethras are naturally stronger or weaker than other peoples. Start gently with the jelqing again when you return to PE, and build it up slowly so your urethra gets used to pressure before you increase the intensity. It can take a while to get the pressure and technique right.
You should never feel pain jelqing; that’s a sure sign you are doing it far too hard.

Try to maintain around 60% erection when you jelq, until you have develop a technique that works for you. That’s about the right level to get a good feel for moving blood. Imagine squeezing thin toothpaste out of a tube, or using your hand to squeegee runny honey off a smooth stick to get the right ‘feel’.

Remember when you started PE, and when you first started gaining you fanthomed the thought of a eleven inch functional flaccid of a “tribesmans” cock? Here many of us are after the fact with 7 to 9” BPEL and to our mind it looks tiny.

The urethra or extension of it may be a limiter in length gains.

Sorry, but still I didn’t understood what you said.

@Topic

Right now I’m only doing one thing: Giving it a rest and applying heat 2-3x a day (no edema, or “burning” feeling, so it’s not chronicle and therefore, ok to use heat)
