I am basically on a modified newbie routine with pumping.
I was thinking yesterday that I could do pumping first,then jelqing, and finally stretching [in one session], because my unit is tired after stretching.

I am planning to start hanging but due to some other activities, I postponed it for summer.

Pre PE-01/aug/09----6.5" BPEL, 5.5" EG

Now ----------------7.5" BPEL, 5.6" EG

Short term goal------8.0" BPEL, 6.0" EG

I for one wouldn’t be able to stretch after jelqing, for one I’m very engorged after jelqing, like a flaccid erection (by means of size).

And if you’re tired after stretching you’re probably overdoing it, at least if you’re too tired to jelq afterwards.

I divide the routine in 2 parts, at the morning I do the jelqs , in the afternoon the stretch.

I think you will get better results if you do both in one routine, though I don’t know how exactly is your routine.

You’ve gotten some great gains so far so however you want to shake it up is up to you. I’m sure your unit is well conditioned by now and you know it well enough to have an idea of what may or may not work. Check out the pumpers section to see what they think. I personally tried pumping but found the result to be too temporary compared to clamping and jelqing which are also alot less work and messy. Hardcore pumpers will surely disagree and be able to offer you better advice.

I am also thinking to divide the routine in 2 parts, morning/afternoon or one day stretching, one day jelqing and pumping..

After all, it seems that positive/negative PI’s should always be the guiding star…?
