Jelqing and stretching????
I have just noticed that most of the guys here jelq or stretch, but not at the same time(i don’t mean literally at the same time but during the same period of time!) I normally stretch directly after jelqing (after say a 10 minute break) as the way i see it this is when i have warmed up my penis best. I haven’t been doing this long but i see how you could have problems trying to do it the other way around. I am sure this is a fairly good way to do it as i am a bodybuilder(like a few of the rest of you) and i know that intense stretching of the muscle you are working out during the workout helps to make it grow faster. (Check out some of Arnies routines -his dumbbell chest flyes just about touch the ground!). Anyway, i reckon i have quite a good routine here as my penis definately feels worked out afterwards although by doing it this way there is no way i could go 6 days on with just one rest day like some of you!
Another bodybuilding analogy which i think holds here is also the fact that you do not build muscle while working out(this is when you are tearing it down). The building phase is done when you are resting AFTER working out - so my thinking is that my routine of 1 day on 1 day off during the week and both days at the weekend may be more effective.
Of course i am a newbie and time will tell, but any feedback would be welcomed - what do you think?
Has anyone any experience of resting more versus working out more?
What about hanging and jelqing? A bad idea together?
