Is it OK to clap right after I jelq. I routine consist of a ADS and at the end of the day I jelq for 10 mins. It’s about 300 jelqs, then I clamp for 10 mins 2-3 sets every day I had to take a brake a day because of soreness. Is this a good or should I jelq one day and clamp another and for how long?

I say jelq lightly, then clamps, jelqing lossens up the tunica, which allows it to be expanded more when you clamp.
