Is this too much

Listen, JohnnyC1, the reason we tell you that it is to much is that we know that it will be counter productive for you in the long run. You might gain good from this but it will more then likely force you up the time and intensity ladder way faster then you want.

I was like you, I made my own program and did it consistently. Over a year later I now PE every fourth day. The secret to PE is to encourage the penis to grow, not force it.

You will probably ignore our warnings and go ahead with your planned routine but that would be stupid. When several good gainers and veteran gives the same advice it is to help you, not to trick you. Do not feel threatened, feel honored! Lots of nice people are trying to keep you from making a bad decision.

” Beginning PEers should include at least 10-15 minutes of stretching with their PE session. The time dedicated to stretching should increase weekly. Most do not use stretching alone, but many use stretching and jelqing only to increase the size of their penises.”

Johnny, I think the bottom line is that if you are seeing good gains, you’re routine is not too harsh on your penis. If you are not, then it is.

Add some jelqs even if it’s 50 of them in the shower.
The shower is a great place to find the time and privacy.

If your penis is gtting bigger from your routine without loss of wood you are probably not over doing it; but,why ask for feed back and advise if all you are going to do is “explain” why all of the feed back and advise is wrong?

A long time, about 6 months. Before reaching my girth routine, my routine consisted of more than an hour.

how are your gains coming along with that routine?


Starting size(3/22/06): 4.5X4.0

Not with the newbie routine, with the routine that included the 27 minutes of stretching.

I never did the newbie routine, I was already advanced when I became a member last July.

Who cares. If he wants to fuck up his dick let him. He came here for advice and won’t listen, that’s his choice and his downfall.

I just want to thank God for sending JohnnyC1 to these Forums.

(He may not see this post for a while, though. I hear that he is in the Middle East showing the Israelis and Palestinians the true meaning of the “brotherhood of man”.)
