Hi, Just wondering if my routine is too harsh. I’ve being PEing for bout 2 an a half months..

Warm Up: 5 mins

I repeat this 5 times:

1 min stretch.. Straight Out
1 min stretch.. Left side
1 min stretch.. Straight Up
1 min stretch.. Right side
1 min stretch.. Straight Down
1 min rest.

Warm Down: 5 mins.

Total Time: 25 mins stretching. 10 mins Warmup. 5 mins on rest.

This is all I do just stretching and that’s it. Jelqing is to time consuming for me at the moment.

So is this stretching routine too harsh on my penis? Can I get good gains from just doing this routine?

Experienced Veteran PE’ers please give your opinion.

a bit much yes

That really depends on how hard you stretch. Difficult to have an opinion, but if you have excessive shrinkage, turtling, lack of morning wood then you are overdoing it. If you feel full and plump and have raging hardons you have probably hit your perfect balance.

You could feasibly gain from this routine. However, it’s a little ‘jumping into the deep end’, wouldn’t you think?

The Newbie Routine recommends a five minute stretching session, I believe. One minute stretching in every direction (and double downwards), repeated five times accumulates to 5 times as much stretching as advised. Extremely dangerous for an unconditioned cock.

Furthermore, over-working is disadvantageous to long-term gains as you will needlessly waste invaluable time with an over-conditioned penis. Meaning your routines will be prone to eventually stretch into hours of exercise, and you will become a hard-core PEer (not good).

Stick with the Newbie Routine for as long as you can. :)

The newbie routine recommends 5 minutes of stretching. You’re a newbie who is doing 25 minutes of stretching.

You’ve been PE ing for 2.5 months, have you been doing this routine for that time? More info is needed for a better reply.

It could be, that is close to my routine of 27 minutes of stretching while I am a 16 month vet.

How is jelqing too time consuming when you are spending all of that extra time on stretching? Just curious.

Without trying to sound too obvious, I wouldn’t expect any girth gains with that program. Why not cut your stretching routine in half and spend 5-10 minutes jelqing?

I find it really hard to believe that only stretching each way for 1 min and then stopping is gonna get any decent results. It’s not like I’m stretching for 25 mins on the one area of penis. I am hitting 5 different sections of muscle of the penis every set.

I would think that hanging weights of your dick all day is a lot worse for your penis then stretching for 25 min.

Same routine as above except only repeated 3 times.

And Mon, Wed, Friday.. 200-300 2 sec jelqs.

Sorry guys I just figured that I am into my 4Th month of this full time. Not 2 and a half which I previously stated.

I usually go the stretch well (with appropriate imagery in my mind on what’s going to happen =) ), then subsequently stretch for short times throughout the day to keep reminding my subconscious what we are aiming for (and going to get).. But maybe that’s just me:)
