Is this too much
Hi, Just wondering if my routine is too harsh. I’ve being PEing for bout 2 an a half months..
Warm Up: 5 mins
I repeat this 5 times:
1 min stretch.. Straight Out
1 min stretch.. Left side
1 min stretch.. Straight Up
1 min stretch.. Right side
1 min stretch.. Straight Down
1 min rest.
Warm Down: 5 mins.
Total Time: 25 mins stretching. 10 mins Warmup. 5 mins on rest.
This is all I do just stretching and that’s it. Jelqing is to time consuming for me at the moment.
So is this stretching routine too harsh on my penis? Can I get good gains from just doing this routine?
Experienced Veteran PE’ers please give your opinion.
