This is all I do just stretching and that’s it. Jelqing is to time consuming for me at the moment.

You could feasibly gain from this routine. However, it’s a little ‘jumping into the deep end’, wouldn’t you think?
The Newbie Routine recommends a five minute stretching session, I believe. One minute stretching in every direction (and double downwards), repeated five times accumulates to 5 times as much stretching as advised. Extremely dangerous for an unconditioned cock.
Furthermore, over-working is disadvantageous to long-term gains as you will needlessly waste invaluable time with an over-conditioned penis. Meaning your routines will be prone to eventually stretch into hours of exercise, and you will become a hard-core PEer (not good).
Stick with the Newbie Routine for as long as you can. :)
