Is This Too Much? Routine Upgrade

So I’ve been doing PE for 2 months with no results. I’ve since made some really strong adjustments and am staying consistent. But in addition to those form adjustments, I’ve extended my routine (for the past week). I’m still on the newbie routine which should be:

5 min hot towel
5 min manual stretch
10 min jelq
5 min hot towel
5 min kegel

But has since been extended to:

5 min hot towel
10 min manual stretch
16-17 min jelq
5 min hot towel
5 min kegel

Is this overtraining for my current level?
Am I putting myself at risk?
Could I possibly gain less due to this much training?
Do you have any recommendations/advice for someone who hasn’t gained over 2 months? I need length and girth, look at my friggen stats, Lol.


03/2018: BPEL 5", MEG 4.4375". 05/2020: BPEL 6.1875", MEG 4.4375".

What is your rest schedule?

Also, you don’t *need* stats. Being of that mindset slows you down. Just take it as it comes. Trying to force it won’t help. Try to relax. Desperation easily clouds ones judgement in PE.

Your routine looks steep for 2 months PE. Especially with no gains. Never ramp up without gains. It can slow you further or injure you like you fear. This is my experience.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

No gains in 2 months? Well you do realize that’s normal. First few months condition you to do more advanced work. Yes some get gains in that time; many do not. Your routine upgrade looks fine but as has been said rest is important.

I’m considering going back to the normal newbie routine. Will wait for more opinions. My split is 2 days on, 1 day off.

Why wait for more opinions. These two have given you sound advice. Now it’s up to you to use it.

I know the people before me on this post said not to change your routine which I agree with.

But look up Physilogical indicators (PIs) and they will guide you. They can help inform you to add more to it or less

Erection Quality is an important part to your journey.

Just relax and take it slow and steady. I firmly believe that PE is one of those endeavors where “LESS IS MORE”. Consistency is the main requirement for eventually producing gains.

I have decreased my routine back to the normal newbie routine. Thanks to all who advised. I really hope after 2 months of doing this that it’s really normal to have no gains by now. I know everyone’s different, but when did you start seeing gains? When is a normal time to expect some gains?
