Is this routine ok? - stretch, hang, ADS, jelq

Hello,

although I am 10 years into PE now I would like to change my routine and so I post here :) Feedback would be greatly appreciated!

My plan:

Morning:

-warmup
-10 min stretching, all directions
-hanging for 3 sets, 20 min each
.wear an ADS when I leave the house, wear it as long as possible

Evening:

-warmup
-10 min stretching, all directions
-hanging for 3 sets, 20 min each
-jelqing 10 minutes

Is this basically ok? I heard about not to mix jelq and hanging so I plan to only jelq in the evening to not strengthen the penis’ resistance by too much blood (which would happen by jelqing before hanging) in it.


My goal: from 11.9 cm NBPEL to 18 cm NBPEL (~7 ") ...now or never...!!!! after 5 weeks(and a long break): 12.5 cm NBPEL
