I started an ADS routine

I started using my extender as an ADS device. I have been using the extender for a while. I would usually wear it for about 15 minutes at a time at maximum stretched length. Over the last couple of years I have not been able to increase my fully stretched length which is about 0.5-1 cm longer than my erect length.
Does anyone have any ideas on why I am not able to increase my length?

Anyways like I said I am now using it as form of an ADS. I wear it for 45 minutes at a time for a total of 2-3 hours per day. In between the 45 minute sessions I do a few wet jelqs and start the 45 minutes over. I wear it at a length that is 2-3 cm shorter than my erect length. I have read a few articles on ADS and apparently you can gain length even though you are not putting maximum force. Can anyone confirm this theory? It never really made sense to me…

I also incorporate some mannual stretches so I can stretch my ligaments. Also, I spend about 8 minutes clamped each session. I do this routine every other day. I was just wondering if anyone would be able to comment on this type of routine. I want to start gaining length a little more consistantly so I find myself changing the lengthening part of my routine. I really would like to settle into one routine that will work the way I want it to.

Any number of possible reasons why you’re not gaining. The cover-all solution would be to start hanging and incorporate heat.

Also look into non-linear stretches like A, V and fulcrum stretches.
