Is this a sign of overtraining?

I had PE’d last year with limited success. I took a long break (2+months) and decided I’ll get back to it about 2 months ago. When I stopped I measured 7.75in BPEL when sitting down.

After the break, I lost my 0.25in (was 7.5 in BPEL) I decided I needed to restart but incorporate an extender to my workouts too. My routine was 5 ON 2 OFF.
I started with 50 wet jelqs, 5 minutes stretching and 1h Phallosan forte with no tension during week 1 and worked up to 100 wet jelqs, 7.5 minutes stretching and 7-11 hours PF med-low green during week 6 (depending on schedule). I never wore Phallosan on my off days.
Measurements at end of Week 6:
-7 13/16 in BPEL sitting down
-8in BPFSL (hadn’t recorded this before but measured it from time to time and it was never this high).

Week 7 was OFF because of a frenulum injury.

I started week 8 again with 75 wet jelqs and 6 min stretching and added 2 min of stretching in Week 9 (last week). I also jumped back to 8+hours of Phallosan 5x week.

Here’s the weird thing: At the beginning (weeks 1-6) when stretching my flaccid was really thin and stretchy especially after extended use of Phallosan. While I noticed this week it has gone back (as in the thread linked at the beginning) to not so stretchy. However, I do get super horny lately and get morning wood almost daily.

Other points:
-I have been taking ECA stack: 75mg Ephedrine+600 mg caffeine+ 1.5g aspirin divided in 3 doses per day since the beginning and following an extreme diet (protein-sparing modified fast with 160g protein per day+10g fish oil+green veggies and nothing else). While ECA did affect my erections at the beginning this is the case no more, and if anything I am hornier and get erect easier.
-During these past 2 weeks, my flaccid stretch IS bigger by 1/16 inch AFTER warmup. Also my BPEL seems to be about 1/16 inch bigger.

So I am confused. Normally I’d say it’s over-training but I do seem to have better EQ than last time I was PEing (although a bit worse than without ECA). Could it just be fatigue from ECA and extreme diet? Or could it be over-training? But it doesn’t seem I’m doing much? Should I perhaps take 2-3 weeks off and scale back on PF/ and take an extra rest day after that? Or should I keep at it and see if BPFSL keeps increasing even though it seems "less stretchy"?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
