Question about Overtraining
I was wondering about jelqing, and how you know whether or not you are overtraining.
I have read all of sparkyx’s excellent threads about PI’s (good shit, sparkyx), but I was wondering if that was all there is to it, in other words:
As long as you still get night-wood (nocturnal erections), and have excellent EQ, is it safe to say that you are not overtraining? Or is it possible to be overtraining and yet still get night-wood and good EQ?
I only ask because the only indicators which I look out for are good night-wood and good EQ. As long as I have an involuntary erection at some point in the night (even just one), and I have good erections during sex/masturbation, I figure that I’m not overdoing the jelqing. That being said, I have been experimenting with gradually increasing jelqing pressures, as instructed in Mr Thunderss’s Newbie Routine, but this makes me fear that I may be overtraining. Is there anything else I am missing here? Or is that essentially how it works?
Sorry if my question is stupid, I just want to know as much about jelqing as possible. Feel free to burn me with your smartassery. :)
