Are these exercises for girth?
Grip at base of shaft semi tight, with other hand grip above base slightly, move upwards while tightening and un-tightening your grip to trap blood and expand the glans.
Also will just plumping your penis up by squeezing at the base over and over again do anything? That is what I mainly do for girth.
