So I start by opening some cute girls nudes and jacking off to it to the brink of coming or what some people might call to edge, I jerk off in the toilet

Then I would take a warm-hot shower of around 5 mins, to warm up, to prepare the veins of the exercise?

I would the sit back on the toilet presuming my d is warmed up, the I spread my leg further than usual to prevent obstruction.

Right now My dick would be arround just above flaccid, I would stroke it a bit to get it around hard enough for penetration level then proceed.

First I do it with my right hand, I use my pointer finger and thumb to wrap around my dick, then move it upwards slowly on a duration of 3 secs,
Then I stop right before the glans,

Then I repeat with my left hand , but just after I readjust my dick skin and doing it while my right hand is just before the glans, (no pressure, only as support so the not completely boner dick can be straight), then I repeat the process of jelqing this time with my left hand,

I do 60 sets , 1 set right and left

What I would like to say is , I can confirm a little bit of Erection Quality increase just a bit or maybe my feeling, no length growth at all, I have been doing this for around 2 weeks.

So I would like you guys to judge whether the way I am doing it is effective (good for growth) or there is big risk involved , there are occations where I would feel some vein twictching but not hurting, in my dick when I do slow jelqs, I never do it when I am boner 100%.

I also have a hard time determining the tightness of the “OK” sign, and also the erection level I am supposed to do it at.
Most of the time my erection level is not precise when I do it, I just assume to do the slow jelqs when my dick is good enough for penetration but not 100% boner.

Keep your boner 30-70 percent erect, if your head is swelling with blood each stroke with your grip that’s a good tension. Some people like a firm grip, some like a soft grip. It’s personal preference.

If your Dick is warm and plump after your jelq session, take that as a good workout.

You can do the two hand stroke you are doing or do a one hand. No difference, the only end goal is to milk blood into the head.

Your erection level with start harder and go softer as you do strokes that’s completely normal.

Look at 2-3 month mark of continuous jelqing

Yang; do you know what «kegels» are ? You should - when one hand has reached the glans - do a kegel to pump more blood into the penis, before you grip with your other hand and release the first hand - then stroke with the other hand that now has the grip. Do a kegel between every change of hands.
