Is a warm down necessary

If the penis is still warm after your finishing your routine after jelqing is the warm down still recommended? Or is just edging right after okay?

Warm ups and warm downs are really important. That said, I consider edging part of my “warm-down”.

I just do firegoat rolls after PE. I think the warm up is vital though.

I see no reason why warm downs should be executed. Have asked it a couple of times but hasnt got any scientifically valiable answer. So, I never warm down.

I like to do the warm down to encourage additional dilation and relaxation of the tissues. Do I have a scientific basis for that? No. It’s purely conjecture on my part. Because I use oil to jelq I have to take a shower anyway. So what I usually do is incorporate my kegel routine with the shower and concentrate the warm/hot water on my dick for five minutes. I kind of get a three for one out of that.

What? There is no scientifically valuable answer to any of this, we are just a bunch of guys pulling on our cocks. The things we discover that work for us we share to others and the consensus of what works for most of us is what we teach or mentor. Nothing is guaranteed here, but we have proof that PE works. I am living proof and you must know, if your twist your ankle, you ice it because you want the swelling to go down, but if you heat it, the swelling will increase, get it. I used heat towels all the time during my routine and afterwards.

tntjockey: idont know how much you know medicine, but sweling with twisted ankle nad doing your PE workout is twohole different things. You want to stop swelling drom ankle since it does nothing but harm to it. But why d you want to warm down your PE:d cock. Cock isnt broken, it isnt serously damaged (or if its you are doing something wrong). Cock will return to its normal stage by its own. Everyone can workdown if they want to, I dont think its harmful, but I try to do only things that I know have a purpose. Warming up has a purpose. Warming down muscles after an exercise has a purpose. Warming down a cock after PE, I dont see any purpose.

Some guys swear by it. Others have tried both ways and found no difference. Then to, some think a cool down is the way to go. Mileages seem to vary on this one quite a bit.

Just keep in mind that some guys get broken dicks skipping the warm up. Mileages on no warm up simply go from bad to worse.

Warming makes it more easy for me to stretch. I don’t have scientific base for this but is there any downside with warming anyways? Better to do it if you just have the time.

Everykind of warm up to every tissue makes tissue easier to strech based on thermodynamical laws. Some people says that its dangerous to warm up when streching muscles since you can strech so forcefull streches that you can actually brake the muscle by steching it. Muscle tendons can take at least two times the streching power that muscles can. I see no reason why not to warm up before PE, PE´s idea is to break some tissue and I see only good things in warming up in PE. Still, I can find any sensible reason to warm down. Muscles are good to warm down since lactic acid gets away quicker when warming down muscles. There is no lactic acid involved in PE.

Still, dont find it any harmful to warm down in PE, I just consider it as a waste of time.
