Injury Concern - broken capillaries.

I’m a newbie and 2 weeks into the newbie routine. I am uncircumcised and have noticed after doing the PE routine I am finding a few small broken capillaries or blood vessels on my foreskin. I suspect this is occurring during my stretching and there is some foreskin discomfort /slight pain. The blood spots clear up within 24 hours. I have tried retracting my foreskin prior to stretching however it is way to uncomfortable and painful on the Glans. I don’t think I am over training as I keep to the Newbie Routine. Need I be concerned with this or is it normal to expect some spotting? I feel like I am getting a good work out; generally recovering over night. Doing 2 on one off currently.

Welcome to Thunders tknick140, good to see another Aussie,

Don’t be too worried, make sure you warm up with a wheat heat bag or a hot washer (flannel), and the first quarter of your jelqing should be starting at 10% intensity and climbing to 90% intensity so that it is a gentle stretch into your routine rather than a sharp blast.

And don’t forget to warm down then do “Firegoat rolls” these will keep discoloration at bay and help to move the blood from the tiny bursts.
