Injury from PE exercise

Injury from PE exercise

Hey I am new to the forum and I am seeking information on an injury that I have experienced.

The PE exercises that I was performing:
-A stretch on my penis in it’s flaccid state to promote the growth of length
-In conjunction with jelqs assisted by lotion

What I have been experiencing is:

-A loss of sensation
-Tremendous difficulty to gain an erection (though still possible, and I am somewhat capable of reaching a comparable size)
-Inability to move my penis by tensing the muscle used to cease urination
-And a general feeling of the penis feeling sort of “detached”

Now, this injury occurred in July and I immediately visited a physician the following day; I asked to be referred to a urologist since he showed reason for concern.

I queued up a visit to the urologist and explained my situation. He briefly examined me and asked me about my symptoms and assured to me that I would be fine, and that in 3-4 months I should recover to 98-99% of what I was previously. However because of the brevity of his examination, I am going to find a second opinion since it has been two months since I injured myself and I have not seen any noticeable improvement to the condition of my penis.

Has anyone experienced this same situation? Will I actually recover as my urologist said or should I be expecting something else?

This has caused me a significant level of stress, and much like the average person in this situation: paranoia and panic. Any wisdom would be appreciated :)

Unfortunately a number of guys have this problem. The best cure is not to exercise at all Nor try to masturbate for up to a month, depending on how serious it is.

But the good news is most guys recover fairly easily . Just give it time and you should recover probably 100%

But be strict and leave it alone to recover. And don’t try to ‘hasten’ it.

Psst! The link is at the bottom of the page :bigwink:

I’m no Doctor or Urologist but I think you could have stressed or done a little damage to your pudendal nerve .

Like petit said, just leave it alone for a while.

I'm a big fan of 50 Cent, or as we call him in Zimbabwe, four hundred million dollars.

I, too have a PE injury. I was always careful but.no it happened. For the past 3 days when I pee and it hurts a little on the tip of my dick and today I saw some blood when I peed. Any suggestions, except stopping the exercises for a while (which I already did).

I think you gripped your penis in a improper way, TheDark, causing the rupture of some capillaries. The urethra can be irritated pretty easily.

In most of cases, blood from urethra (or from the tip of your penis) isn’t nothing that bad, altough it can be scary for obvious reasons.

Speaking with a urologist is a good thing, if nothing else to calm your mind.

Well, unfortunately since my urologist said I would be “fine”, I have participated in some sexual activity.. Though I have no noticed any improvements, I have not noticed any worsenings.. Have I done myself permanent damage?

I don’t thinks so amp. Be calm and wait.

The insight is appreciated, should I be avoiding erections all together?

You will get erections whether you want to or not. :)

Just stop with any intensive PE you’re doing and take each day like as if you never knew about PE.

I guess then I should be fine?

Truth told is that in my last PE session I over-exercised a bit. Especially with Sadsak Slinky. I’ll give it a rest.

Do you think Eroset’s oil will do any good at this case?

Eroset oil can’t heal your urethra, IMO. Rest can. :)

I gave myself a similar injury around 9 months ago, as everyone has said: cut back on masturbating and it’ll sort itself out.

Rest it is!

Thank you for your feedback.

Will it take around that time? I have taken part in some sexual activity since my urologist visit.. Am I ruined?
