What is manual stretch?

Hey marc89,

First of all, welcome the Thunder’s. This site has a ton of information on PE, and all of the questions you’ve asked so far have been answered many, many times, and there are oodles of threads and articles on them (well, maybe with the exception of the question about the printable chart. :) )

My suggestion is, try and answer your own questions first by searching the site, learning how to use the search function, and reading, reading, reading. Find the videos and watch them. I’m not going to post the link, because I think what you need to do is look around and find stuff on your own—that way you’ll discover first-hand what a great place this is and how much information is here at your fingertips. But you do have to do a little work and spend a little time on it. If you’re too lazy to do that, are you really ready to put in the time and dedication required for PE? ;)
