Ice cool down
I remember reading somewhere that stretching the stuff that the tunica is made of is best achieved by a heated stretch followed by rapid cooling in the same stretched position. It works for ligaments as well.
At the end of my jelqing session, I’ve started doing a squeeze (manual tornique at the base keeping the tunica streched/pumped to its limit without over pressure) under an IR lamp for a warm down (5 min) followed immediately by a gel ice pack while in the same sqeeze for about a minute. Could be good for clampers as well, but I’m not there yet.
No measurable growth yet, but I’m getting great PI’s. Just doing 100 five second jelqs and some streching in a seperate session (and kagels of course). Thinking about upping my jelqs to 125.
