I want to extend my penis length, help


I’m a total newbie! I want to extend the length of my penis (erect). An inch would be perfect. Can you guys guide me? I would really appreciate that.

I’m 24, male obviously. Below you can see my penis (erect) stats if needed.

Length: 13 cm or 5.1 inches
Girth: 12.5 cm or 5 inches
Width: 4 cm or 1.57 inches

Is this possible at all? What kind of hopes can I make, and how long is the process to see some results?

For stretching it should not be erect at all. It should be totally flaccid.

For jelqing, anything between 40 and 70% is OK, but aim for 50-60% and don’t worry if you go a bit above or below.


Welcome to the forum and the world of PE. The only thing I would add from the above is to look at the thread on “Penis Inventory,” and do this. It will help you over the long haul that is PE for most.

Thanks for the replies. I have three more questions.

1) Somewhere in the newbie guide I read that you can get red dots on your penis - I think if not warming up properly. Why is this??

2) I read somewhere (not in here) that lifting weights/strength training can make the penis longer/larger. I have been lifting weights for a year now, and I feel like my penis has grown 1cm.. :P Is myth true?

3) Once you have gained 1 inch for example - do you then have to continue to do the exercises in order to not losing the gain?

1. Very common if you use too much pressure before you are conditioned. Microscopic blood vessels in the skin rupture. It’s generally not a problem, and doing some ‘firegoat rolls’ (search for them), and taking a few days off sorts them out.

2. No, weight training doesn’t have any effect. It can help you lose weight, and therefore reduces your ‘fat pad’, giving the impression of length.

3. That’s covered in the Important Newbie Threads/Info, under “Most often asked and annoying questions!”, but the simple answer is you should do ‘maintenance PE’ until you have ‘cemented’ your gains. Maintenance and cementing are also covered in that thread (just ignore the stuff about LOT Theory).

Heat makes the difference between gaining quickly or slowly for some guys, or between gaining slowly instead of not at all for others. And the ideal penis size is 7.6" BPEL x 5.6" Mid Girth.

I started on the newbie routine Friday I think. I gained almost 0.5 cm (0.2 inches)!

But - I don’t think I did the routine entirely properly. I’m still just a little bit sore near the tip of my penis (if I press on the penis). That’s why I have chosen to lay off the routine for a while already. Maybe in a few days I will start again, but this time with the Linear Newbie Routine. That one sounds better to me - it’s not so complicated and is safer considering I’m a noob.

Anyway, I can’t say that I’m not staying positive. To gain 0.5 cm after one workout gives me hope.

Weight lifting boost up your testosterone and growth hormones production. So do your PE into your workout days. I do a 4 day split. 2 days on 1 day off cycle. It works for me. And after I do the weigh lifting I do my PE in the shower afterwards where it’s nice and hot. The old boy likes the heat. ;)

But since you are new to this I’d recommend a mon-wed-fri deal until you’ve built it up some, and most important don’t forget to rev the engine by doing kegels. There are some good routines around. Cause whats the use of having all kinds of cell growth in your dong if you don’t have the blood pressure to get it up and hard.
