I need more girth gains, How

I need more girth gains, How

I’m pretty advanced with P.E. And have tried many different methods. I am around 5.5-5.6 eg, but I am really striving for that perfect 6.25-6.5 eg. Can any one help. My workout is pretty extreme, but I just started back with P.E. Consistently within the last 2 weeks. My question is which are the best advanced exercises to gain the most permanent girth.

All input is welcome. I am open to change and improving my workout. My routine can be found in the Need help and input thread.

Could you describe your current workout?

Then: 6.75" x 5" ----> Now: 8.5" x 5.75"


Check the post in Main Member forum by Mr.Orange. It’s a new girth exercise that’s been helping everyone very quickly. And if you haven’t done it your body won’t be used to it so you could probably get the gains you want in a month. I tried it once and swear there’s a difference.
