I need more girth gains, How
I’m pretty advanced with P.E. And have tried many different methods. I am around 5.5-5.6 eg, but I am really striving for that perfect 6.25-6.5 eg. Can any one help. My workout is pretty extreme, but I just started back with P.E. Consistently within the last 2 weeks. My question is which are the best advanced exercises to gain the most permanent girth.
