I need Help.Probably a new routine
Well I have been PE’ing since early january and have seen very minimal results. Only about 1/4 gain in erect length and about 1/8 in erect girth. Considering the time and effort I have put into this I am becomming very frustrated. I have been stuck to my work out faithfully for all these months and have even tried the size pro penis enlargement pills to help with the excersises. Heres how my workout has went
First month: Warmed up for 2 minutes, Manual stretching up, down, left, right; 6 in all directions and held for 15 seconds each, then jelqed for about 200 strokes. Did this 3 days on one day off
Next five months: Warmed up for 2 minutes, Manual stretching - only this time 8 in all directions and held for 20 seconds each, then jelqed for 300 strokes. Did this workout 3 days on one day off
Still no success and getting very frustrated I read somewhere that it was possible to over work your penis and this would cuase growth to completly stop. So I toned down my work out a little and have currently (this and been almost 3 months now) been doing The 2 minute warm up, The manual stretches in all directions 8 for 20 seconds each, and then anywhere from 150-250 jelqs. Did this workout 2 days on one day off.
The only Time I have ever Done something negative to my workout was when I took a week vacation and didnt PE at all, Other then that I have stuck with the workouts faithfully and have achived nothing! I get so frustrated hearing about how people have gained 1 and 2 inches when I have not even gained half an inch! I don’t know what else I can do if anyone could help I would appreciate it.
