I have found jelq for girth
I have read on an reliable site a jelq for girth gain. According to this site there is two exercises of jelq:
Jelq for length: this is the way that is reported also in this site!! Ok at base of penis-> milking up to glan
Jelq for girth: when the penis is in semy-erection, you make an OK just bottom glan and milking down to base of penis! Then repeat making an OK just an inch under the glan(instead of ‘just bottom glan’). So (milking down, that is up to down with hand!) the blood go on sides of penis and it becomes bigger in girth!.
It include this exercise in a routine more more similar to newbie routine of thunder!According to what this site say, the jelq that we do, is only for length. For girth you must “jelq down with and”, for length you must “jelq up with hand”.
