I’ve been lurking around here the last months for certain reasons, but hasn’t stopped PE. I tried to search for double handed jelq techniques, but couldn’t find any.

It might be old candy, but I don’t see any others doing them in their progress logs etc.

So what I do when my erection fades is that I do a double hand jelq. The double hand jelq isn’t anything special actually, I thought about it when I was bored of doing the same thing (wet jelq) for 22-24 minutes. The double handed jelq was my try to variate the pressure against CC and CS.

I do a overlapping [it’s similar to a golf grip almost] type of jelq (i.e. left thumb over right thumb and right hand over left hand or vice verse), instead of a single hand jelq. I do it as I do normal wet/dry jelqs, not overhand though.

In short:

1. When erection fades, place your left thumb over your right, and your right hand over your left, so it forms a “diamond”-shaped empty hole.
2. Place the penis in the diamond
3. Begin at the base, make the grip tight
4. Do a stroking motion outwards.
5. Stop a half inch before the head, or ease the pressure out when going to the head.
6. Repeat

However, I can’t say that I’ve gained anything from it (I’ve just started 2 weeks ago doing them).

I think this could be a nice complement to a single dry/wet jelq in a set.

Some response would be nice to hear. Good luck trying it.

Tried them and liked them. One can get some serious pressure from these so be careful! Could be a great girth exercise?

My stats: NBP= 6.8, BP= 7.1, EG= 5.2, FS= 4.0, BPFS= 4.3, FG= 3.8

My goal is NBP 8.0 ,BP 8.5, EG 6.0

My thumbs are too small for my girth, didn’t manage to get one good jelq from it. Plus, If use both hands like this, penis rotates. Anyway, I don’t seem to do it right so for now, I will give it up and keep up with my normal wet jelqs. Perhaps later on I will experiment some more.

Yeah, they seem to be more intense than regular jelqs, IMO.

Sometimes my penis rotates some too, but If I change the grip from left thumb above, to right thumb above, your penis rotates the other way and the pressure gets even?

I think you get a decent pressure on your penis with this alternative exercise, be careful though, and start with low pressure.

Well, I think of rotation as a bad thing when jelqing, so, since I have already a routine to follow and see what happens, I will try this some time later and I will let you know what I think.

But still, it’s no good for high engorgement levels, for me at least, because my thumbs cannot contain my girth, when shaped like this.
