I hate Jelqing.

I hate Jelqing.

I can not get into jelqing it’s just to much of a hassel for me. But for the last 2 months i’ve been stretching and clamping. I haven’t noticed girth gains yet (which i read are the hardest to get. But In just 2 months I’ve gained .20 inchs. All that from Stretching and clamping 5 days a week. I will stretch for about 10 - 15 min’s a Day and 2 sets of 10 min clamps. I will go 2 days 1 day off 3 days 2 days off etc… Is jelqing that important? Because i have completely disregarded it and have been very happy with my results.

It could be temporary gain man .. I agree to some degree with you .. I too seem to ignore jelqing a bit .. But it is essential even if you don’t feel that it is working at all.

Would you stop complaining like a little baby! Jelqing is the single most important exercise for penile health. Add jelqing back to your routine, not because you won’t gain anything without it, but because it is a great exercise.

I second what Thatcat said. Particulary if you clamp, jelqing is important for bringing fresh oxygenated blood to your penis.

Jelqing = king. Jelqing = priceless.


Past: 5-5.5" BPEL x 4.5" GIRTH

Present: 7.55" BPEL x 5.55" GIRTH (1 year progress)

Future: 8-9" BPEL x 6" GIRTH

Yeah, it is a pain in the ass for me too. I kone I don’t jelq as much as I should but I still do it.

Jelqing is the most important exercise.

It is the only thing that ive got results from so far that I can tell. So yeah jelqing is important. If your getting gains from clamping and stretching right now, then you will only get better gains when you start jelqing. Especially in the girth department.

100% erect jelqing is the only exercise that has given me an increase in girth.

Have you tried dry jelqing? Clean up time is nil, and you don’t have to keep going back to reapply lube.


Going for 6 inches of girth, wish me luck.
