I hate Jelqing.
I can not get into jelqing it’s just to much of a hassel for me. But for the last 2 months i’ve been stretching and clamping. I haven’t noticed girth gains yet (which i read are the hardest to get. But In just 2 months I’ve gained .20 inchs. All that from Stretching and clamping 5 days a week. I will stretch for about 10 - 15 min’s a Day and 2 sets of 10 min clamps. I will go 2 days 1 day off 3 days 2 days off etc… Is jelqing that important? Because i have completely disregarded it and have been very happy with my results.
