How's My Routine?

Hi everyone,
I’m relatively new to thunders place but I’ve been doing PE for about a year now. I did the newbie routine for several months and added Ulis along the way. I tried clamping for a bit but didn’t get much from it; it’s possible my technique was off.
I’ve made some gains in the past year, about a half inch in length and barley anything in girth (.1-.2in). I’ve recently gotten a bathmate and really like it so far and have incorporated it into my routine.

Below is my routine. I’d really appreciate any feedback from vets that have had success, particularly in gaining girth.
I’d like to get to gain another inch in BPEL and an inch in MG.

5-10min heat pad warmup

Stretching, 3 sets of
4 30sec stretches (out, up, down, A stretch) and 30 cranks

Bathmate 20min
Maybe some squeezes and dry jelqs for 10min if I have time

5min heat pad warm down or hot shower

Any advice or tips would be much appreciated. Especially if you have any advice on maximizing gains from the bathmate.

I’d probably recommend ditching the Bathmate and devote that time to more jelqs. If you want more girth a little higher erection percentage is recommended. Maybe 60-70%

If you’re still going to pursue pumping, get a pump with a gauge and a properly sized cylinder.

Yes.. I agree and put more strength to what clgp7 just said.

If you want true gains I would stick to manuals and focus on stretching and jelqing in the beginning. And later you could throw in some pumping if it’s necessary.. with a gauge for control over what you do in your pumping sessions.

But use the pump as an amplifier after your manual session.

If you want to use the bathmate for best results I would recommend short sets with it!

What routine provided this gains?
It is recommended to change and/or increase our routine when the gains got stalled.

Hi guys, thanks for the responses.
In the past I had done only manual exercises and did gain, but it was only length. My routine was about the same except instead of the bathmate session I’d do 30+ minutes of jelqs and ulis. I threw in clamping for a little bit but didn’t get anywhere with it. I’m more interested in gaining girth but it seems it’s not what comes easily to me.
I do like the bathmate so I think I’ll add jelqs to every session and see how that goes.
I didn’t really gain from jelqing (up to 30 or 40min a day) but maybe combining the two will be more effective.

To combine them would you guys recommend doing a long set of bathmate followed by jelqs or short sets of each?

Lose the bathmate for now.

Other than that solid.

What’s wrong with length gains only? Maybe your dick does grow like that favoring length.

40 minutes of jelqing a day is too much. Keep it from 10 to 20 minutes.Try the less is more theory. Use constant heating.

Hi Bill, thanks for the input. Couple questions:
What do you mean by constant heating?
And why do you recommend no bathmate? I’ve been PEing for a year so I’d imagine my unit is conditioned. And when you say ‘for now’, is there some point in the future to start using it?

And I know some guys don’t gain at all so I’m fine with any gains I can get! But I’d like to figure out how to gain in both areas.

Constant heating means that you should let hot air blow on your dick during the whole routine. From start to to finish. Try it and see what will happen. Trust me.

I wouldn’t say pumping is bad but I would recommend using a pump only and if you are 100% sure that manuals did their job and you can’t gain any more out of them. It’s not because of conditioning. I’ll trust your judgement on that.

If you want a real boost try the constant heating. It works wonders.

I second what bill10 just said. I like to think that constant heat “jump-started” my gains, and I know there’s alot more to come.

How would I go about applying constant heat during a session? Will I need one of those mini heaters with a fan?

And I could wrap my BM tube with my heating pad while I pump.

I have been using halogen lamps heater and so far so good, do not make any noise or dry too much my skin. Used to get some redness in my groin, but solved that by doing one step backwards.

While pumping, I look at heating pads as the best options, never tried before, just looks more effective heating in this case.

Heating pads work great for pumping. The only warning is to remove the pad minutes before exiting the tube.

Ditch the bathmate and get a cylinder with a gauge. You’ll be able to control the pressure and fine tune your routine.
