How's My Routine
Hi, I’m new to PE’ing.. So I read about it for a while, and decided to start doing PE myself..
I’ve been doing PE’ing for about 2-2,5 months now and I have gained 1cm length (Yay) ^^;
So the question is if my routines are good?
1. Hot towel wrap for 1-3 minutes or something..
* Stretch straight forward (always sitting position) and hold for 10 seconds, repeat 5 times.
* —- —— To left and hold for 10 seconds, repeat 5 times..
* Same, just to the right..
3. Jelqing for about 8 minutes (started with just 4 min, but increased the time to 8)
4. Hot towel, same as 1.
I do this 4 times a week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday..
So, that’s my routine. Any comments?
Btw, does girth take some time to increase? Haven’t got any enlargement in girth yet.
