How is my kegel routine
I know how kegels work and know how to do them. Mine are not developed though.
Here is a routine I found that I plan to do
1st week - 10x15 second kegels - 5 days on / 2 days off
2nd week - 15x15 second kegels - 5 days on / 2 days off
3rd week - 20x20 second kegels - 4 days on / 3 days off
4th week - 25x20 second kegels - 4 days on / 3 days off
5th week - 30x25 second kegels - 3 days on / 4 days off
After the 5th week 10x25 second kegels 3x a week to maintain
How is this guys? You know I am looking at the duration of these kegels and they seem awfully long, but I think I can do it.
Btw do I need to add in different kind of kegels? Like fast 1 second kegels? Or is my routine fine?
