How is my kegel routine

Hello everyone!

I know how kegels work and know how to do them. Mine are not developed though.

Here is a routine I found that I plan to do

1st week - 10x15 second kegels - 5 days on / 2 days off
2nd week - 15x15 second kegels - 5 days on / 2 days off
3rd week - 20x20 second kegels - 4 days on / 3 days off
4th week - 25x20 second kegels - 4 days on / 3 days off
5th week - 30x25 second kegels - 3 days on / 4 days off

After the 5th week 10x25 second kegels 3x a week to maintain

How is this guys? You know I am looking at the duration of these kegels and they seem awfully long, but I think I can do it.

Btw do I need to add in different kind of kegels? Like fast 1 second kegels? Or is my routine fine?

Eh, no!
Why do you think kegels would make the veins bigger???

Kegels are good for the penis health and erection quality, also to control ejaculation. So that’s good if you only want good penis health, but some lighter length or girth exercises can also be good.


Starting 01/05/2009: BPEL: 15.5 cm (6.1 inches) MSEG: 12.5 cm (4.9 inches)

back then: BPEL: 17.5 cm (6.9 inches) MSEG: 13 cm (5.1 inches)

Now: BPEL: 16.5 cm (6.5 inches) MSEG: 12.7 cm (5.0 inches)
