How do you do your jelqs?

What I do is I basically do 100 sitting down and straight-out, while the other hundred standing up and pulling down.

It doesn’t make any real difference.

But doesn’t jelqing serve the duel purposes of stretching and pressurizing?

Lots of cheap devices out there to make it easier on the hands.. One was like 10 bucks? Forget but it’s really popular
