The definition of micropenis clearly stated as a penis 2.5 standard deviations below the mean. Let’s go statistical here. My dataset is these 10 numbers:

I used a tool to find a standard deviation of 1.1 and that tool is here: Standard Deviation Calculator and 2.5 of a deviation of 1.1 gives us 2.75" and assuming our mean of 5.7" holds out that puts micropenis at around 3" which I’ve heard quoted before.

However, the calculation doesn’t provide a large enough penis when done in reverse compared to the 12" concept stated. As it only provides about 8.5" if applied 2.5 deviations above the mean here. Also, macropenis isn’t a condition I’ve ever heard of, whether it exists or not. So if it has a calculation and what exactly it is for the purposes here is an unknown to me. And also, something no one has ever mentioned in my earshot. And I hear cock contexts like a dog after a dinner bell.

That isn’t to say a 12" cock exists or doesn’t exist. Someone very well could, and there be an infinitesimal portion of the population not represented by any condom or study yet to date.
