I’m going to keep it short.

I’ve been doing them for a few months, no problems so far. The thing I’m still unsure of is if I’m actually doing them correctly. In the original thread Horse made he said (if I’m not mistaking him for someone else saying this), and I’m paraphrasing; “squeeze as hard as humanly possible.”. I have been doing exactly that, but when I squeeze it feels like it’s not trapping the blood inside entirely. I can still feel the kegel “ball” coming up my shaft when I kegel.

Q: Am I supposed to squeeze everything, both CC and CS chambers or is one to be focused? I can’t seem to get a grip good enough to manage all three.

You will have to excuse me if there is a thread about this already, I haven’t been able to find it. Appreciate any input.

The lower grip needs to be a tourniquet (i.e. no blood passes). You don’t need to squeeze that hard to make it happen. You can release this grip slightly to kegel in more blood. An overhand OK is fine but you may miss injury if your hand is in the way.

The upper grip you can do his way (make a small OK and force it down over the glans) but just pinching or clasping a fist over the glans does the job perfectly and you can micro manage the stress in the shaft. But yeah you can squeeze everything. The effect you’re looking for is to squeeze the CCs at the top, the CS will expand too but you might not feel that (it’s the CCs that are under most stress).

Of course these should only be attempted after lots of heat and jelqing and it’s potentially worth attaching the lower grip high and moving it down the shaft to miminise the stress on the superficial veins.

So the lower grip with the overhand, that means thumb toward fat pad, correct? I have tried this out a few times, but it gets really difficult to fit the other hand over the head. With that said I haven’t tried the pinching/clasping as you mentioned. I know that I get a much better grip when I do the overhand, but it feels awkward in the way that the workout is executed. I really appreciate you explaining, thank you.
Have you used 440’s in your workouts? What are you thoughts about it if so?

The fingers on the top of the shaft might be a better description of overhand. See the wet jelq video for a demonstration. You can always flare or bunch the fingers to add room.

I just looked at your thread and it seems very interesting. The sadsak slinky is something I’ve looked into and I guess tried to an extent. The O-bends are the ones I tried, quite similar to the sadsak I feel like, but more stationary I guess. Have you done the regular sadsak slinky or only the head exercise one? I would really like to add as much girth as I can, length would be very welcome but for now I’m mainly focused adding girth. I will try the overhand grip together with the pinch/clasping over the head and see if that makes a difference.

I saw in your thread that you did, maybe still are, doing 1-2 sessions a day, is that something that you think could be integrated in my routine for a better workout and results maybe? Would really appreciate your opinion on how I could modify my workouts. It is of course really hard for you to say what would be best for me but it’s always nice with an experienced person’s perspective on things. I’m on a 2 on 1 off schedule with the following workouts:

Day1:
warmup 15 minutes
50 jelqs
5 x 10 sec 440’s
50 jelqs
5 x 10 sec 440’s
50 jelqs
5 x 10 sec 440’s
50 jelqs
warm-down with heat and elastic penis ring for 15 minutes, and after leaving the ring on while flaccid for an hour or two.

Day2:
warmup 15 minutes
50 jelqs
10 minutes clamping
50 jelqs
10 minutes clamping
50 jelqs
30 minutes pumping, 3-6 inHg
warm-down with heat and elastic penis ring for 15 minutes, leaving it on for 1-2 hours.

The slinky and head exercise are different things entirely. I only ever did a modified version of the head exercise designed to target the shaft more as part of a routine.

I’d add stretching (even after the jelqing). It can enable girth gains. At your stage you probably need some forceful stretching like v-stretches or similar. Also look at your schedule. The way I look at it is you should need the break, if you are coming off your two on days and still feel like you could do another session the next day, you should probably be doing one (or more work in your sessions). 5:2 or 6:1 wouldn’t be an unusual schedule in your position. You just have to play it by ear and follow your PIs.

Right now it looks like you are gaining well, so take all that as something to focus on if that changes and carry on doing what you are doing.

Yes, I have been looking into stretching but my problem is that I can’t seem to keep flaccid when I’m doing it. I can stay more flaccid after I’ve done a workout but I wouldn’t know if that has the same results as if I did them before the girth workouts. Maybe it would even hinder gains if I did them after girth work? A V-stretch is when you have an object of sorts, puliing your penis over and down, right? That’s what I think I remember having read. Do you want to pull much when doing that? And V-stretching is only done downward? I so very much appreciate this, memento, I learn a lot. Thanks.

You might find stretching after jelqing works for you from the perspective of staying flaccid.

You can pull as much as you want. I’d suggest you start with little tension and see how it feels and ramp it up if it makes no change. V-stretching can be done either way. Maybe you should start with simple stretches and see how it goes.

But again, you seem to be gaining at the moment. Now isn’t the time to change your routine.
