What’s up! Excited I got into the membership on this forum, been reading it the past few weeks and have been learning a lot and want to continue PEing.
I’ve only just learned about PE about 3 weeks ago and just started recently.
My starting stats are EL: 7” and EG: 5.5” (Haven’t really measured flaccid really)
My routine right now is pretty simple
Manual stretching 5-10mins 3 times a day (usually once in the morning, mid afternoon, and before I sleep) in every direction.
Kegels 100-200 daily
*Trying* to grasp the jelq but I can’t seem to quite do it right I don’t think.
At first I did this routine everyday but I think I’m going to take a day or two (starting today) to relax.
This is my first post and any help would be greatly appreciated!
Hoping to be doing PE for a while to keep the gains consistent and permanent.
P.S. Since I can’t have a signature yet my “lifetime” goal is EL: 8-8.5” and EG: 6-7”
P.P.S. I also would like to know the opinion of anyone on this forum of what 7x5.5 is considered.
