Help with Stretches

Everyone,
When I`m stretching my penis I stop the flow of blood to my penis head. That is correct or I`m pressing too tight?
The place we want to feel a little pain or discomfort is on the base of penis or in the body?

I`m asking this because sometimes when I stretch, the skin cover the head and seems that I`m stretching the skin and not the penis.
For it not happen I hold tight, but it stop the flow of blood to my head.
Please try to help me, if you understand!!

Well I would recommend pulling the skin back behind the head and/ or using a piece of toilet paper for extra grip.
You just want a firm grip, not a death grip, so that it wont slip and so you aren’t just stretching skin.

You will probably feel a slight soreness by the end of your stretching session near the base of the penis, I never approach anything near pain.

Other then that just do a little experimenting.

About to hurt, I feel exactly a slight soreness on the base, so I think it`s right. Unless when the skin slipped.

Make sure you don’t overtrain or injure yourself. Don’t pull too hard.
