Help-Tips on my routine

Hi everybody, I’m a newbie to this forum so I may need some tips/guidance to my personal routine.

My routine:
Once a day (~30 min) - No Rest Days

3 min Warm Up (rice sock)
5 min Stretch (all directions 10 sec hold each)
2 min Pump (low pressure)
5 min Wet Jelq
2 min Pump (low pressure)
5 min Wet Jelq
5 min Stretch (all directions 10 sec hold each)
3 min Warm Down (wet cloth/take a warm shower)

I really hope this routine will get me to my goal to be average (6”x5”) or hopefully in the long run become 6.5”x5.5”
What do you guys think?

I can’t speak for the pumping, for I have no experience and don’t know the effects well.

However, I’d definately recommend taking at least 5 minutes or more for warm-up.

I was also wondering if rest days are recommended for optimal growth or if rest days are not required.

Ahhh rest days.

Rest day requirement is different for everyone, some need rest days, some dont.

Its trial and error, to see what works best, but as a starting point, I’d say 5 out of 7 days, either 5 on 2 off, or 3 on 1 off.

I would increase your stretching time, too. 10 second stretches are that productive, in my opinion, make them a bare minimum of 30 seconds each.

As you’re a newbie, don’t pump. You need to have been pumping for a minimum of the last 3 months for your penis to be conditioned, for the extra pressure that pumping will create.

All in all, I’d say follow the “Newbie Routine” for 3 months, then worry about “specializing” it. Check the top of the forum for more information.
