Help No Real Gains After Almost A Year

I’m a new member, but have been practicing PE for almost a year with very little gain. I’ve been through the newbie session and have been consistent with PE. My routine consist of 10 minute warm up, 4 sets of 10 minute stretches, 500 jelqs, 4 sets of 10 minute hangs (4lbs.), 3 sets of 10 minute clamps and then warm down. My girth isn’t too bad, but I can’t seem to gain any length. I would love to gain 1 inch in length and .5 in girth over the next few months. After being consistent for almost a year, it’s frustrating to not have gains. Looking for help. Any advice? I’m I doing too much? Should I start over?

BP 6.250 and EG 5.563

If you been at that routine for a (consistent) year and have not gained ~anything~, then one of the following must be true:

A. PE is fake

B. You are overtraining

C. You’re a super hard gainer

D. You took no time to decondition yourself

My money is on D (I used a 50/50 and took out A and C). I’m assuming you took rest days during your routines, but you probably didn’t take an extended break from PE during that year. If you did, it probably wasn’t long enough. If I was in your shoes right now, I would take (a minimum) a month off starting today. Then measure myself after that month, and if I gained anything, I would continue to decondition. Once I notice that I’m not gaining anything, then I would start the routines again.

As of February 23, 2017: BPEL: 7.25in MEG: 5.6in

New Goals: Improved EQ; 0.15in of MSEG (Anything else is still pure bonus :) )

Failing twice before succeeding once still equals victory.

The routine you describe is incredibly hardcore. Like crazy so. You can’t do a routine like that and expect to gain as a starting routine.

500 jelqs alone is too much for almost anyone. Much less, the rest of your routine. Additionally, it sounds like your routine takes hours per day. That’s never recommended.

What was your rest schedule? I’m surprised you weren’t hurt doing what you did.

Now: 9" BPEL x 6.25" MSEG as of 11/10/2019 This is my story, a few progress pics of me here, and all my methods.

Then: 6.25" x 4.37" in 8/2009 Are you new to PE? Here's some advice I wish someone had given me when I first started.

My Extender and forward to 10" and balls enhancement project. There is no "Holy Grail" of Penis Enlargement. Only time and effort works. I'm *10* years in and counting. All you have to do is put the work in and keep the faith.

Thanks for the response. I started off 5 days on and 2 days off, but as of late have changed it to 2 on and 1 off. I’ve always believed hard work pays off. Should I take time off and start fresh.

Definitely. You’re adjusted to way too much different stimuli. Your penis is resisting everything you throw at it. You have to start fresh or you’ll never gain at this point.

I’d recommend 3 months off. No PE of any kind. Then come back with just the Newbie Routine. No devices.

A fresh start is always a good plan, you will feel less anxiety every time you restart.

Also, after you take some time off and are close to return, kick off slowly to be able to have a better control over the capability of your penis to adapt himself on the given routine. In short, start with lightest routine possible. It will consume more time but it is easier this way with greater chances of success.

Many thanks to you Thoughtfulgold and Lenny for taking the time to respond. It won’t be easy, but I’ll take the time off and start with the newbie routine. What should I do after I go through the newbie routine? Also, it seems that most people’s goals are 8”x6”, do you think this is possible for me being BP 6.25 and EG 5.6 and having to start over? I never had those early gains like I read of so many having.

P.S. This is the best site ever. Many thanks to all who contribute and do it in such a helpful and professional way.

You will have to find out what your penis wants: intensity, duration or variety (other exercises).

You already have a great girth, something to be very proud of. Eight-by-six is the classical goal, but the ideal would be something around 7,6 BPEL by 5,6 EG.

Good luck!

Lenny,

Is that 7.6 BP or NBP? Is 7.6 very likely from where I’m at now (BP 6.25) and should I focus more on length once I’m through the newbie routine.

I would recommend planning your PE less. I find that penis enlargement is to unpredictable to make any lasting plans or schedule this early on. You mean well but there’s no telling exactly what will happen during or after your newbie routine. I would just try to find what works after the newbie routine time is over. There are people here who have done the Newbie routine for upwards of a year and still get gains the entire time. Plus, there is no telling what gains you will get, what pattern it will be in or how long it will take. I would recommend not being in a rush to start another routine when you haven’t started the newbie routine yet.

Don’t set yourself up for failure, don’t overthink, and just let it be. You will have plenty of time to figure it out as it happens because PE is nothing quick.

Have you tried the DMSO+Iodine? I’m a believer. I think it’s softened my tissues after a few cycles of three-five days and opened me up to another prolonged wave of gains.

Where can one get this DSMO+Iodine at? Anywhere local like Walmart, or is this something you can only get online?

What is DSMO+Iodine? How does it work? I’ve never heard of it.

Thank you Thoughtfulgold for your insight. I’ve read your comments many times and I appreciate your contributions.

I’ve noticed that many have viewed this thread since I posted it a month ago. It makes me wonder if there are many others who may have gone a year with no gains. I feel like I received great advice, but was curious if others went through this, continued PE and made good gains. How about sharing.
