Head Question

Been doing a version of the newbie routine for a while.. My biggest gripe is I would like the head to be bigger.. Should I continue jelqing and stretching or add something?


Start: BPEL 7 3/8" EG Base 5 5/8" NBPEL 6.5" (apx)

Current: BPEL 7 3/4" EG Base 6" Head 4 5/8" NBPEL 7"

How long have you been doing the routine? I find that jelqing over time has increased my head size tremendously. Something new that I have been trying is after jelq letting my penis go semi erect, gripping tightly at the base, and slowly pushing forward so as to expand the head to it’s max. I would be careful trying that though. I’m being very cautious myself.

I definitely needed to go for more than two months before I started seeing a bigger head. It’ll all come in time.

Uli#3s and the sadsac head exercise both target girth along with head size (I prefer the sadsac). Both exercises are intense though—not for newbies. Use the search function or check out the tutorials section if you don’t know how to do either exercise.

^I’ve noticed the same thing

I’m going to stick with the my routine of warmup, stretches and 200 jelqs.. See how long that works.

Good to hear some of these comments, I’ve been working a modified newbie routine (with some ULIs, sadsac and sadsac slinkys) for about 3 or 4 months now and haven’t seen much head progress yet. That is definitely one of my primary goals.

As long as you’re making progress, keep doing what you’ve been doing. Remember that PE is a marathon, not a sprint. And everyone grows differently. Good luck!
