Well I’ve been PEing for a week now. I haven’t measured yet but my erections are so much harder already. I was jacking off a little earlier and couldn’t believe how hard my dick was. Friggin awesome. This is awesome. I’m so friggin pumped about this. If I can reach my goals by doing PE, I think I’ll be one of the happiest men in the world. Having a bigger shlong is something I’ve always wanted but never thought could be attained without surgery. Ahh, I can’t wait. I just have to be patient and persistent.

Congrats! You are reaping the benefits of improved circulation! Soon the newbie gains will appear and you will have a hard time believing it.. Just remember, more PE does not mean more gains, try to stay where you are now, where you are enjoying better and more frequent erections and do not go bananas when you see gains, do not change it!

What part of PE helps for harder erections? Kegels?

I think the jelqing helps with the circulation more than the stretching. I haven’t really done many kegels.
