Hi, I’ve been doing some of PE between january 2011 and august 2011, I started with 15.5x12 cm and my last measure was 16.2x12.3 and since august I never did it again until january 3. The weird is, I know how to measure and did the process many times, when I started doing it again, I’ve got 0.1-0.2 cm bigger everyday, and now it is 16.9x12.6. After so much time, is it normal to get extra gains for a while ? Or maybe it’s a common mistake that some people do, and I’m pushing way too hard ? I’m not having any kind of pain or something, no different colors, everything is normal, but bigger.

I warm up and stretch for 5-15 minutes, Jelq for 30 mins (350-400 Reps) warm up again and kegel as much as I can.

My guess is that you had a bit overworked before the break, so the rest gave the chance to your body to grow; you are seeing gains now because the higher EQ due to the restart of PE.

I don’t think you have any problem but you can always slow down if you are afraid you are gaining too fast. :)

Yeah, sometimes just good breaks can grow your penis, I’ve experienced that. I think now you healed completely, you made so much damage and it healed for a long time? Don’t know.

Should be normal. When you do sports or PE ( it isn’t an olimpic sport yet but I’m sure it will ) you break tissues and then they fix theirselves. On break time you do not keep breaking them but they just fix up so it’s kinda normal to see more results on break time and not on PE cycle.

First of all congratulation, second thing there is something I don’t understand, you make 350 to 400 reps! In 30 minutes :D that’s nice but if I calculate it I see that you never took a rest, are you sure your doing it right, because 200 jelq takes 40 minutes 10 minutes for every 50 jelq, I’m just wondering if your pressure is right because it’s seems to me that with this much and this time your not giving the right time to each stroke, you know what I mean

First of all, Thanks to everyone, I was really worried about it, at first I thought I may have damaged some veins and now the blood just wouldn’t flow right :o

Well, for me each Jelq rep takes 3~4 secs, and I keep doing it with almost full erection. I don’t know how to measure the erection, but I’d say is around 90%, and everytime I see it’s getting lower, I put stop jelqing until I reach the desired erection. And I don’t rest between the reps, only when the erection is failing me :) but it takes at max 30 seconds and happens only once or twice.
With this gains is it wise to rest for the weekend ? :O or can I keep doing it ?

Look bro I tell you my advice, look at my gains in girth , do what I do it may suite you, don’t jelq at 100% make it as 90%, make every 50 in 10 minutes, take your time, you want to gain, so don’t take it as something rush and finish, take your time, go 3 4 5 second 3 4 stop at 5 second for 1 second so if you go 3 second stop 1 second as grip, so you have 4 second, don’t go in rush, and not 100%, my advice to you, just take your time,

Try to make 50 jelq in 10 minutes ,

Wow, that would take alot of time + if you stretch too. Of course to succeed you need to work, but Less is more sometimes.

Well PE isn’t “boring” anymore, it’s kind of a everyday routine. Like eating. I really learned to love PE, I don’t respect off days no more. Of course I have them, but I’m not that happy anymore to have an off day.

i love it 2, and i love the part that i jelq but i don’t cum :D and i really feel bad if i cum, i think in this 6 month and half of exercise i cum 2 times or 3 times by mistake while trying to gain erection :D and i think i think i hit the 5.9 inches girth not sure and not official :D just think i hope its not swollen i think i have to rest for couple for days to make sure its not a false alarm :D
