Hey guys,
Lately I got into PE again because I’m just not fully satisfied with my size. I’m also single since about 1 month so I have plenty of time. I did the newbie routine 4 years ago for 4 months and had little to no results (I think I didn’t measure correctly and there were no changes)
I just did the manual stretches and jelqing.

My measurements are:
BPEL 16,9cm
NBPEL 15,1cm

EG BASE 13,0cm
EG MID 13,0cm
EG TOP 12,2cm

I’m doing stretches, jelqing and pumping now for 1 month again. Since last week I also built in some clamps. I think I can handle it all since I‘m not new to it all. I was also pumping from time to time in the last 2 years. I’m also thinking about starting to hang or buying a stretcher/extender but I don’t know whats best for me. Also maybe a better pump since mine is a bit big and an infrared lamp? I’m willing to spend money if it will help making gains faster.

My goals are indeed not that enormous.
Goals:
NBPEL: 16,5-17cm
I don’t really care about BPEL
EG: 14-14,5cm

So my question is actually what would be the best routine for me? I think the goals are makeable in about one year or one and a half? I read that it’s smarter to focus on length first and then girth, but since I don’t have extreme goals I could maybe focus on both simultaneously. What do you guys think?

You sound just like me 9 months ago!

1. I too thought, I don’t care about BPEL, and now I regret I never measured properly from the start. CARE about BPEL, because if you start working out and lose some fat pad you are going to be so happy when you can measure your gains with BPEL vs NBPEL and see differences.
2. Best routine, sounds like you are doing good, I would continue to water pump for a few months before introducing something else.
3. Best heat source like NIR + RED pad is a must for me
4. Read my signature! Stop setting goals! you may hit it and want more. Ask yourself on your second round on this, if you do this for 5 years and get a minimal gain, would you still do it? But to try and stay positive, plan on double what you are expecting so a minimum 2-year plan, does that discourage you, it shouldn’t at all if you really want this. Again you might have a fast start and slow gains or grow slowly in stages, whatever dick you get, you have to trust the process.
5. Work on both sometimes, work on one, and see what works best.


Stop setting goals, set objectives without limitations.

5.5 NBPEL Start~~ 5.7 NBPEL- 2011 ~~ 5.75 NBPEL/ 4.25 EG 2012 (Stop 11 years- Started again 4/2023 same stats as 2012)

Okay thank you for your answer.

1. I will definitely continue to measure my BPEL, but I don’t have a goal what I want to reach there.

2. Ok so I will continue to stretch, jelq, pump and clamp. Or should I clamp before the pump? Whats the best order for this? I read that some people also jelq between the pump or clamp sets. Also I read that some say you should kegel while clamping and some said you shouldn’t, so whats right there? I did do it so far to create the pressure. Otherwise it will get full of veins but not that hard.
Also I always get a bit hard while stretching, I can’t stay flaccid. So I thought about buying a stretcher/extender or to start hanging to make faster gains.

3. Ok I will look if a can find a good one. Are there certain technical requirements which the device has to fulfill in order to be „good“? Because I would rather want to buy a cheap one.

4. I think I would continue to do it longer then I expect if I will see some gains. If I would not see any gains after 6-12 months I think the motivation will leave me. I just know myself.

5. So not the same routine everyday? How could I do it?
