Girth question for ex-newbie

Hey everyone, I have been PE’ing since november and have gone from 5.5 BPEL to 6.3 BPEL. I’ve always thrown in some jelqs and other girth exercises but now I notice I’m “skinny”. I have always been about the same girth so I took a piece of ribbon and measured using that against a ruler (since I don’t have a tape ruler)and found out that I am 4.5. After reading other peoples measurments like 5.5 I find this hard to believe because I don’t feel inadequate during sex. Maybe I measured wrong but I wanted to know the best girth exercises that can produce the most/fastest results. Currently I’ve been doing “Mem’s momentous” routine with mostly just jelqs. I’ve had the best results with clamping but I don’t want that to counteract my length gains as I’ve heard it can. Any suggestions would be great to implement into my program or even a program change. Dude, where is the “Mem’s momentous” routine? As far as the girth, I am 5.5 erect @ 7.5. I am guessing I am average?? Who the heck knows?? It’s not like your in the shower at the gym saying “hey dude, let’s compare”.hehehehe. You get my point. I downloaded one of the video’s of the slinky technique and another similar one. The first, you get an erection, and bend the penis up in a you shape, then down, then side to side. NOW, I made a penis pump not believing what they claim to do. I pumped with about 15 mm/Hg psi and left it there for 30 minutes and DUDE, it was huge. I plan on using this after I jelq because the first time it made my do ad purple on one side. I decided to decrease the psi to 10 mm/Hg.. My girth went to 6.5 from the suction tube alone! Not perminate, but I’ve heard it can help.we Will see!

Yea, I had recently read that one, pump but you should not feel pain. I had a huge arse bruise on my do-ad after day two. I waited a week to let the bruise go away before I pumped again. I have been using 8-10mm/Hg for 15 minutes. Will I be OK with that? I’ve not had any discoloration from the pumping as of yet at that pressure.

You really can’t measure girth wrong unless you’re not hard. Wrap the tape around and wherever it lines up on other end of tape is where you mark it. Then lay it on a ruler and that’s it.

You should ask these questions in the pump forum. I know one thing about pumping you don’t make good gains with higher pressure. A couple years ago before I found Thunder’s I pumped for 8 months on a schedule and gained .250” in length, not good. I rarely went over 10hg but from what I hear at this site I should’nt have gone over 5hg. So now i’m a newb again hoping to not make the same mistakes. Knowing now that more isn’t always better.

Not positive on this but I think you can post in any forum but you can’t start a new thread any where but the Newb forum until you have 20 posts. I did’nt get much out of girth either with high pressure.

Clamping, Ulis and horses are the way for girth. Clamping will not interfere with your length gains, rather enhance them.

Alright, thanks a lot Bird2. I’m going to start clamping again but I always get confused with Ulis and horses. From what I understand to do a horse you jelq, then stop your hand, force upward, then release your force a little bit and go back down then repeat?

A horse 440 is grab the base of the penis with a OK grip. with your free hand make tiny OK grip, as small as you can get the ok. Slide it over the head of the penis til it is pass the glans, and hold.

Personally, I suggest reading the threads on Orange Bends. Seems to me to be a more controlled way of doing the job. I no longer do them, since I left girth work for lenght work, but I got no bruises or anything besides a very nice plumpness. Which seems to be with me still.
