Girth question for the vets
I have been doing PE for almost a year on and off. I have had what I consider very good results as far as length, but the girth part seems to steel elude me. So far I have gained a inch and a half in length, and in the beginning 3/4 of a inch in girth.
In the beginning I was using a pump and manual stretches as a routine. My exercises were and still are very sporadic, I never settled on a particular routine but hay I won’t complain about the results. After the first few months my girth was gaining pretty good from 4 1/4 to 5 inches ,but after a while I quit pumping and went to manual exercises. I measured today and found that I am steel gaining in length but my girth has went from 5 inches to 4.375. I know I need to get my girth started back up but I have not found an exercise that I can do for long.
I have tried to do a lot of jelqs but it is hard for me to get well hard. I know that a 60 to 80 % erection is optimal but I don’t seam to be able to even to 30 or 40 %. I suppose after you play with something for so long it takes more than my hands to be able to get it up.
I sad all this to ask the vets what they suggest; pumping seamed to work but not last, and I have a hard time manually stimulating my self for jelqs or clamping or most of the others. So whats your ideas, I would appreciate your input.
A stretch in time grows it to nine!!!
