I have been doing PE for almost a year on and off. I have had what I consider very good results as far as length, but the girth part seems to steel elude me. So far I have gained a inch and a half in length, and in the beginning 3/4 of a inch in girth.

In the beginning I was using a pump and manual stretches as a routine. My exercises were and still are very sporadic, I never settled on a particular routine but hay I won’t complain about the results. After the first few months my girth was gaining pretty good from 4 1/4 to 5 inches ,but after a while I quit pumping and went to manual exercises. I measured today and found that I am steel gaining in length but my girth has went from 5 inches to 4.375. I know I need to get my girth started back up but I have not found an exercise that I can do for long.

I have tried to do a lot of jelqs but it is hard for me to get well hard. I know that a 60 to 80 % erection is optimal but I don’t seam to be able to even to 30 or 40 %. I suppose after you play with something for so long it takes more than my hands to be able to get it up.

I sad all this to ask the vets what they suggest; pumping seamed to work but not last, and I have a hard time manually stimulating my self for jelqs or clamping or most of the others. So whats your ideas, I would appreciate your input.

Maybe start doing some kind of squeeze. Clamping always worked well for me and many others, but you must be careful. Work your way up in your clamping routine. Mix these with pumping.

Do Uli #3’s and Horse440, but be careful and read up on them first. They are great for girth.

Thanks for the info y’all; I have tried clamping in the past with no success. As far as the squeezes go when I get a hard on I take it at the base kegel as much blood as possible in and squeeze the shit out of it for probably 10 to 20 seconds. I don’t know what this is called or if is anything at all but over the past few months it hasn’t don much beside make my dick look like it got hit with a baseball bat.

I have the same problem as you. I only gained .5 inches in girth in about a year.

If you’ve been working PE for a year you’re probably conditioned enough for clamping. Use caution read the clamping threads.

If they didn’t work for you, you might have been doing them wrong, not enough, too much, or tried them too early in your PE career.

Pumping, combined with a cockring, has given me great girth. The cockring gives the long-term expansion necessary for good gains. I’m on a decon break, and am still over 6” EG.
