I see all of the exercises but don’t know how many to pick or witch ones would work best for me I dry jelq 150-200 times and squeeze 3x25seconds I’m looking for pure girth I’m no newbie IV done this for a year and a half just found this site and another thing I legal sometimes but don’t really need it but when I do I hold it as hard as I can untilld its so tight it hurts ill do this 10 times for 3 minutes. Is there different kinds of legal that could help me with my girth destination

If you’re experienced person with PE, maybe you should try clamping.

Ok I clamped well with my hands. And I held it for 3 minutes each time 8 sets I got nothing but good signs and even woke up with morning wood. But when my girl wanted some alone time if you know what I mean the damn thing worked but only to get in if I wouldn’t have stayed at a 70% hard on I would of just stopped but she said it felt to big I like what she said but going limp kind of hurt my pride I’m only 21 and jelqs or no other squeeze. Had done this to me no bad signs. Got swelling at about 1/2 in bigger no spots veins bulging I don’t know if it was a good one or not
